a)至少提供三个月的记录证明已符合标准要求。At least three (3) months evidence of the records required by the standard.
b)至少完成过一次由有资格的内审员实施的涵盖所有标准要求的内部质量审核，并留有审核全过程的记录。The completions and recording of at least one (1) full Internal Quality Audit Cycles in which every element of the standard has been audited by qualified internal auditors.
c)至少进行过一次管理评审，其中包括质量体系适宜性和有效性的审核，并留有记录。The completion and recording of at least one (1) Management Review Meetings, which includes an assessment of the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system.
d)质量目标应该量化并能提供足够证明显示目标的达成状况。Quality objectives should be defined in quantitative terms & monitoring their achievement should be evidenced.
e)应配有满足标准要求文件化的质量程序。documented procedures for all elements required by the standard should be in place.
f)确认在认证注册审核之前，所有文件审核提出的要求已被有效执行。To confirm that all the requirements of documentation reviews have been carried out prior to conformance audit.
